Refund policy

90-Day Product Guarantee

If your NightLight Collection product has a defect in construction of any kind, we will gladly provide a product replacement. Replacement must be made within 90 days of original receipt. Examples of defect in construction include:

  • Non-functional clasp
  • Dimensions substantially different from advertised
  • Issues with jump rings or chain links disconnecting or not closing properly
  • Loose stitching or beading on canvas tote bags, apparel, or ornaments
  • Items that are incorrect, damaged, or lost in transit
  • Other product defects

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate your request and work to resolve the issue.

Exchange Policy

NightLight Collection offers a 30-Day Exchange Policy, providing exchanges for up to 30 days after receipt of an item.

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be in the same condition in which they were received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please Note: The following items are ineligible for exchange:

  • Gift Cards
  • Discontinued products (items no longer sold on store-site)
  • Items with significant wear or evidence of misuse or deliberate damage

To begin an exchange, please submit our exchange request form.

Our team will evaluate your request and respond within 2-3 business days. If an exchange request is accepted, our team will respond with instructions for returning the item and processing the exchange. Though NightLight Collection will do everything possible to ensure great customer service, at NightLight Collection’s discretion, exchange shipping costs may be incurred by the customer. Please note that items sent without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Requesting a Refund

Upon receipt and inspection of a returned item, NightLight will contact you to confirm whether a refund is approved. If approved, refunds will be applied to the original order payment method. Please remember that it can take several business days for a bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
